Terms and Conditions for Rankly App

1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or using this application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Account:

•To use certain features of the App, users must create an account by providing accurate and current information, including name, username, and email.

•Users have the option to choose a display picture, but it is not mandatory.

•Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities associated with their account.

3. Decision-Making Process:

•The App allows users to make choices on various topics through either anonymous voting or random selection.

4. Administrator/Initiator Responsibilities:

•The individual initiating a poll (the “Administrator/Initiator”) is responsible for setting parameters, including the choice between random selection or anonymous voting.

•The Administrator/Initiator creates a group, defines parameters, and poses questions to the group members.

5. Group Creation:

•The Administrator/Initiator can create a group by choosing a group name, attaching an image, and inviting users to join using their user IDs.

6. User Responses:

•Users respond to posed questions based on defined parameters, which may include the number of answers each person can give, how many choices each person can make, and whether users can vote for their own answer.

7. Random Selection:

•If the Administrator/Initiator chooses random selection, the App will determine the answer randomly.

8. Voting Process:

•If the Administrator/Initiator opts for a voting process, users rank given choices from best to worst. The answer with the highest aggregated score is chosen anonymously.

9. User Conduct:

•Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the functionality of the App, violate applicable laws, or infringe upon the rights of others.

10. Data Protection: – User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination: – The App reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms or any unlawful activities.

12. Modifications: – These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
